As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. The interior decoration was charming and reminded me of the beautiful stone buildings from the 19th century that surround the city center. It was lovely to see the careful renovation the hotel has undergone, maintaining superb standards and comfort. The general areas were easily accessible, allowing me to move around comfortably. It was refreshing to see that the hotel is a totally non-smoking property, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all guests.

Although the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, I would have preferred if they were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been wonderful if they provided additional assistance and thoughtful amenities to make the vacation even better for senior people like me.

thank you for the stay - will be back. right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. found a place called norrlandskallaren, set very close to the hotel, ate there a few times.

The breakfast here was amazing, they had a great variety of food to choose from. The rooms were pretty standard but cozy, and the decor really added a nice touch to the overall vibe. 🌟

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite and it exceeded my expectations. The conference facilities were top-notch, providing a great space for meetings, conferences, and training courses. The hotel appeals to both business travelers and holidaymakers, offering a comfortable and inspiring environment.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

Very good breakfast buffet with fish, fruit and everything your heart desires. Even lactose-free products are offered. Very good, hotel-owned restaurant. Public parking spaces (subject to charges) directly in front of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western in Sundsvall. The location was perfect for exploring the main shopping street and enjoying the excellent nearby restaurants. Despite not having on-site parking, there was plenty available nearby. The breakfast spread was incredible and really set us up for the day. The hotel itself may have been a little worn, but overall it was a great choice and we would recommend it.

A quieter room would have been good

Best Western in Sundsvall is in a great location in the centrum, making it easy to find. There is also ample parking right in front of the hotel, including free parking in the evenings. I was especially pleased to see that they have a charging/loading station for electric cars. The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The bed in my room was comfortable and the breakfast spread had a wide variety of options, from cold cuts to fruits. there are several restaurants, bars, and shops conveniently located behind the hotel.

Mind-blowing service! The staff went above and beyond, even buying me a shirt when I lost my luggage. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the hotel is impeccable. The gym and sauna are superb, and the breakfast is jaw-dropping. Convenient location, accommodating staff, and great parking.

Very welcoming staff, no problem to arrive very late at the hotel. Request for additional facilities for babay cot, etc.. worked brilliantly.
